Profile card tagline and meta not showing

I have some fields setup to display: https://prnt.sc/elnowa

One user definitely has these fields on their account: https://prnt.sc/elnpfp those “tld_um_maincat” is the Main Category 1 field.

But on the members page nothing show it’s just the user nicename: https://prnt.sc/elnt99

What might be going wrong here? it’s not showing the slide down data like your demo: https://ultimatememberdemo.com/member-directory-example-three/
