    Are you using Profile Builder’s CSS? Can you go Profile Builder -> General Settings -> Check “Load Profile Builder’s own CSS file in the front-end”.

    Also are you using some Page Builder? Can you try to add the [wppb-register] shortcode inside a new page using the Text Mode Editor and not Visual?

    I use the visual composer but for this page i use the classic editor but it is still the same result am getting.

    Hi,

    Can you use a default WordPress theme? Maybe there is conflict with your theme.

    Inside the Student Registration page do you have any other html tags or only the [wppb-register] shortcode?
