Profile Builder Spam Registrations

Most likely, those spam registrations are coming from the default wordpress registration page.

We don’t have an option to block this in the free version of Profile Builder. With a paid one you can add redirects for those pages from the interface.

You can use that for a similar effect. You need to do a modification to it: add the links to your login, register and password recovery pages at the top.
