Profile Box Shortcode And Widget does not display on WP site

    The widget installed successfully and is placed in the secondary widget area, the third widget of three in the right column. When page loads, the word “facebook” flashes once, then nothing. Both Chrome and Facebook display the same thing. Any ideas? Thank you.
