Profile Box no longer available?

We have used the profile box as a layout for featuring people rather than authors. With the last update(s), the profile box is no longer available in the block list. I’ve search high and low and it no longer exists as an available option. I’ve also tried copying pre-existing profile blocks and it doesn’t work. The duplicate option is not available for the older profile blocks either.
Anyone else run in to this? Any solutions?
