Profile Banner Height not Working

    Hello

    I adjusted the height of the profile banner in the backend but it has no effect on the frontend.
    Is the height dependent on the height of the uploaded image for the banner and not the setting?
    I was hoping this setting will make it possible to ensure that all profile banners uploaded by users are uniform in appearance.

    The height and width in the setting are for the cropping of the uploaded image so that all the images uploaded will be uniform.
