Profile and cover Picture problem

    Hello,

    I have a problem with some Profile and Cover picture with my website.

    When some members who upload their profile pictures, it appears in the wrong way. Upside down or rotate. Solutions ?

    Also, with cover pictures, some seem to big so it takes all the member little box in the member list…

    Hi @thibltlefebvre,

    This issue can be caused by the insufficient memory for resizing the uploaded picture.
    Please try to increase WP memory limit to 256M and see if it helps.

    Please also check Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Uploads section.

    Do you have any image optimization plugins?
    Try to disable them and see if it helps.
