    Hi @niketa-sikarwar,

    Have you tried to test image uploads on the clean WordPress install or on the staging environment? Make sure that you have the latest version of the Ultimate member installed. You have a lot of errors in your error.log file which you’ve provided on your other topic. If image uploads work on your localhost it is not Ulitmate member issue but your server issue. Have you contacted your hosting provider and asked for help?
    Have you checked for GD PHP Library, is it installed on your server?
    Have you tried to reset Ultimate member settings?
