    I paid $100 a week ago for support, but no one has contacted me. I have left phone messages, filed support tickets, sent email, and posted here in this forum. What is the recommended way to contact W3 for paid support?

    The support and the setup has apparently been slowed down and this has become very common. I recommend you dispute the payment because it will take an incredibly long time for someone to get to you on that.

    Thanks, Destac, that is good to know. Can you recommend any freelance consultants who can assist with the plugin? Do you offer consulting services?

    I do offer consulting services and I do submit it but we are not allowed to discuss such offers on the forums.

    I paid 150 USD in february this year to get a theme optimazation. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions through different channels but still no answer.
