Professional look and excellent customer support

After installing 2 other forum plugins on my website (one that was “pretty” but not user friendly at all and another that was easy to use but super basic and unprofessional-looking) I found wpForo and I am THRILLED!

First, other bloggers have commented about how great it looks – very organized and attractive. The fact that I can choose from 4 different layouts as well as customize my colors is awesome.

Second, my new users have no issues registering for the forum as members, The process is very easy.

Third, when another plugin started to conflict with my forum and locked me out, I jumped on the wpForo support forum and got a DETAILED response about what the problem likely was and how to fix it. Since I am not techy at ALL, I simply relayed the info to the WordPress life chat (love those guys too!) and it was fixed in minutes.

This is SOOO worth the money…oh wait, IT IS FREE!!! You guys are AWESOME!!
