Professional Custom Theme Development

I’m looking for some help with custom WordPress theme development. I’ve setup a number of websites with WordPress as the CMS, but I haven’t built a theme before. I’d like to move my company website (www.seatability.com) over to WordPress 2.1. It shouldn’t be a huge project, as the original site designer built it all on CSS.
