    Hello,

I hope that you can help. I have installed the google listings & ads plugin previously and some products synced and others didn’t I then deleted the plugin.

I recently re-installed it and have found it has recognised all of my listings, but none are synched. They are all set to “sync and show” and it reads 19 as not synced and everything else set to 0 (please see attached screen shot.)

It reads as no errors and nothing I do seems to change the values at the top.

Looking over the google merchant website, it seems that my website is claimed and verified and all the other steps are ticked apart from upload products.

Can you advise what I should try next?

  • Hi @rabmoghal

Please make sure that these products meet the sync requirements as mentioned in this guide.

Additionally, Google’s troubleshooting guide can assist you in comprehending the problem.

If your products meet the requirements, then please attach a copy of your site’s system status report so we can look further into this.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response or in Gist.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal or Google related error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    Cheers!

Hello! Thank you for quick reply! I checked the fatal-errors.log and found the following:

2023-05-18T12:44:34+00:00 DEBUG Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\MerchantCenter\MerchantStatuses::filter_valid_statuses A Google ID was not found in Merchant Center.

After seeing this, I went to the settings tab and disconnected from all services and then went through the set up again. None of the login details changed but it did seem to jar something loose because now it is showing me all the errors:

I believe I had this very issue the first time I tried to use the plugin and I was unable to solve it, which is why I removed it the first time. Our brand does not have any things such as barcodes etc, and I have added in our brand Light Owl in multiple locations and never seemed able to remove this error either.

Will SKU’s work for GTIN and MPN and can you advise where it is I should be entering the brand?

    Hello @rabmoghal,

Will SKU’s work for GTIN and MPN and can you advise where it is I should be entering the brand?

You can map these values to existing product fields, you can check this part of the documentation for reference: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#global-attribute-mapping

Please let us know if you have any further questions. :?)
