• Hi
I have about 800 products in my shop and 2 shipping classes.
I just found out that 45 products dont have a shipping class assigned to them.
I found that out by calculating “all products” minus “products with shipping class” from the shipping class page in the woocommerce option.
Its important each product hase his shipping class because the products are located in 2 diferent locations. Therefore they have different pricing.

I need a way to find these products… I cant check 1 by 1 it will take a long time…
Is there an easy way to find these products so I can set them with a shipping method???

Anyone ever contact you about this? I need to know, as well, I’m going through the same thing.

Hey WooCommerce, can you post a response to this so we know?

There is a bulk edit feature on the products screen, or you can use something like CSV importer to merge changes.

Thanks for the reply. I think what we’re getting at is how to IDENTIFY the products that don’t have a shipping class associated with them. Is there a way to identify which products don’t have a class associated with them so that they can get assigned? Bulk edit will not work for me, as I’m selling irregularly sized items and some will be grouped while others will not be. So I have a need to identify those products that aren’t assigned shipping classes yet so that I can either create a custom one or assign them.

I’m not able to see any features yet that would allow me to select or view only product that aren’t assigned a class.

Can you elaborate on this, or help with this?

    Thanks!

The CSV import/export for example would show products without a class in the CSV itself allowing you to fill in the blanks.

Otherwise you’ll want this change: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/commit/5ce2ab7cfa71d2b071d77693d38467ac3cfe4a51

And you’ll stick this in the products screen URL https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/36lffbhdtubwo6h/2016-04-18%20at%2009.44.png?dl=0
