Products with Variations not Syncing

Hi @clairemonkey ,

We have seen a few instances where the variable products wont sync due to the site’s memory limit. Could you please increase your site’s WordPress memory limit and then check if variable products sync as expected?

Thanks for your response, but my memory limit is already at 256M in both the wp_config file and in the PHP.ini file.

Do you have any other ideas?

Hi @clairemonkey. Can you please make your memory limit at least 512MB to see if that helps?

I have up the PHP and WordPress memory limits to 512. This has made no difference in getting variation to sync.

The only error/warning I am still getting is:

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ritualproduction/public_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/fbproduct.php on line 674

I came across this thread with a possible solution – if the variant ID is blank, can you confirm the product variation has stock?

I can confirm my variations definitely have stock levels and absolutely none of them across any of my product are syncing.

Hi @clairemonkey. What level is the Google product category that you are choosing? Do the variations sync if you choose a lower level category? We have a bug posted here when merchants choose a 5th level Google product category and I’m wondering if that’s what you are facing as well.

@drwpcom almost all my products just use 3 levels of Google product category, with just a couple using either 2 or 4. None use 5 levels.
