Products with variants – how to link/bind two options

Not sure if the title is understandable but what I need is when you choose the diameter or the weight of an item, it automatically chooses the other option as well, now you need to choose both options manually: you choose diameter and then you need to choose weight or visa versa. I want to make it so that when you chose either one (diameter or weight) it automatically chooses the other one. So lets say I chose a certain weight and the diameter would automatically be chosen as well from the variations in product with variations settings. I hope you understand what I mean. At the moment, WooCommerce does not offer this feature. What you can do instead, is select 2 default options that will be automatically selected when the customer opens the product page.
To do that, you will need to select the Default Form Values in the Variations settings in the Edit Product screen:
