I have set up targeting for “Products: With Stock” and selected “Out Of Stock”. This should make the pop up only fire on items that are marked as out of stock (time delay 2000).

This pop up fails to fire on any page. I have one other working pop up without any targeting (pops on all pages), all are set as stackable. The out of stock pop up does show when I preview, but does not trigger on a live page where the item is out of stock.

Any help gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

Thanks @mariatogonon unfortunately that documentation does not include any information about “Products: With Stock” condition. Can you provide any further assistance please?

Hey @wrconsultancy – thanks for sending us an update.

We can escalate your concern to our lead developer, however, he is currently out for the week and will be back on Monday.

@wrconsultancy – If you send us an email via https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ after you grab our Optimize bundle to get access to the WooCommerce extension, I can whip up some new conditions for you and send you a quick advanced copy. In the support request mention your specific use case in detail so I can try to ensure our new conditions properly cover that scenario.

    Hope that helps.
