My client uses the built in csv importer to import products to her WooCommerce store.

She accidentally imported several products with a sales price of $0 in her CSV file. While they showed up on the site with the regular (correct) price, once a customer actually brought them and went through the checkout process they were showing as $0 – which wasn’t ideal.

That’s an interesting set-up, as if the sale price is filled in (even at $0, as you may want to give something away as a sale), then only the sale price should be shown. Was the regular price showing up on the site, until checkout, at which point the sale price was being shown?

Yes – that was what was happening. We ‘fixed’ it by removing the value from the sales price field – but I just thought it might be worth mentioning.

    Thanks for that update!

I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
