Products with no GTIN

    Hi, I sell custom pictures that have no GTIN or MPN. In google merchant centre I get the below errors.

    Limited performance due to missing value [gtin] and Incorrect value [identifier exists].

    How can I set up my feed correctly. I have set my own brand in the feed to a static value (mywebsite.com) and I have set identifier exists to a static value of no or false. Is this the correct method?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    If you don’t have valid GTIN then remove the GTIN field from the feed and also remove the Identifier Exsts field file from the feed.
    If the feed doesn’t contain any identifier like GTIN or MPN then it will automatically include the Identifier Exsts field and the value will be “No”.

    So, as you don’t have valid Identifiers don’t add GTIN and Identifier Exsts field and regenerate the feed and the reupload it.

    Hopefully, the above will help you to resolve the issue.
