‘Products with more than one attribute cannot be synced with Square.’

  • Of all the bugs in 2.0 this is one of the worst.
    Every single one of my items say ‘Products with more than one attribute cannot be synced with Square.’ and ‘sync’ is unticked and greyed out so they don’t sync.
    I have an attribute for Size, Colour and Brand but they only have one value in each. Prior to 2.0 this wasn’t a problem. Of course having more than one value in colour or whatever was very unfavourable but everything would still sync if you made that mistake. It has to be a bug, there’s no way that you’re now expecting people to choose which attribute is most important for description and delete the rest.

  • I had the same issue with WooCommerce Square plugin so I purchased WooSquare Plus and it won’t sync the stock for products with multiple variations either — very frustrated.

    I’ve been using your plugin without issues on my old site, however when I moved my site to a new address I starting having problems with syncing inventory.
    “Product has multiple variation attributes and cannot be synced with Square.”

    1. I’ve double-checked to see if all my variable product SKUs are correct.
    2a. Disconnected from Square
    b. Deactivate, then delete the 2.1.4 version
    c. Install 2.1.4 from the .org repo
    d. Reconnect with Square
    e. Manual sync (from WC > Square) isn’t possible because it says that I have 0 products to sync, however there are 6 variable products available.

    Another vote for needing to sync products with multiple variations, like color + size.
