Products visibility is changing to Hidden / Private

    Hi,

    We have a problem on our client’s WC webstore where products visibility is automatically changing to hidden / private even if products have stock left. There has been few similar cases on net but I haven’t seen the fixing solution to this. Any known solution to this?

    Store’s WC & WP versions listed below.

    WordPress 5.8.4
    Woocommerce 6.0.0

    And additional information is that the checkmark for “change visibility status of a project to hidden if stock is 0” is not in use from WC settings.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
