Products vanished from Delivery Note – broken

  • I upgraded the plugin today (I am still using WooCommerce v.2.6.14) and now the Delivery Note (and Invoice) only runs as far as the Product/Quantity headings and thin line.

    I get no products printed below, only a half page wide thick black line. The rest of the Delivery Note does not print , the footer, company information etc.

    I have successfully been using the plugin until now and have added the ‘remove prices’ code to my functions.php last year and all has been working well till this upgrade.

    Can anyone advise?

    Hi @pdmonks,

    There is a possibility that in our latest update 4.4.7 of the WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin, we might have used CRUD functions available post WooCommerce 3.0.0 release. So we recommend you to update the WooCommerce to its latest v3.5.2. Also, with WordPress 5.0 coming, you will need at least 3.5.1 of WooCommerce.

    Once you have updated to the latest version of WooCommerce then this issue will not occur.
