    Hello,

I have been using wp all import to update the stock of my products for years now, after the recent update on 2 different websites it updated the stock correctly but trashed hundreds of products, has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

    Thank you

    Hi @fadedfamous,

Can you please show me a screenshot of your import settings (All Import ? Manage Imports ? Import Settings)? Also, is there any mention of the trashed products in the import History Log (All Import ? Manage Imports ? History Logs)?

Also, what versions of our plugins are you using?

I have shared settings and also a screenshot of the version above, as for the logs, no I have looked through them and they do not mention anything about trashing the products, they updated the stock correctly and it shows in the logs also but very strangely and for the first time moved many products to trash on both sites I updated the stock on.

    Hi @fadedfamous,

I don’t see anything wrong with your import settings, but I see that you’re using the Pro version of WP All Import, so you’ll need to contact our support team for assistance here: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/. These forums are strictly for the free plugins.
