Products Sync and Hide

    Hello,
    I have in my store around 120 products, some of that are Sync and Show, but others are Sync and Hide.

    I found that some products are not shown because they have some customization (I used a plugin called Custom Product Addons), but for other products I can’t understand why they are not shown because they are simple products.

    Can someone please help me to fix that? I have to tag the products on my Instagram, thank you.

    If you go to the products that are not showing, is there Metadata under the Facebook Product Sync area on the right side of the product? If there is, try to delete the metadata and update – this will force it to try to re-sync that information, and show it.

    You can also go to Marketing > Facebook > Sync and do a manual sync after, this will get them all to re-sync.

    If that still does not work, please check the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs for Facebook and see if there are any errors present.
