    Please help me my products are not correctly syncing, I’ve deleted some products from my WooCommerce store but it is still showing facebook catalog and new products are not updating.

    Thank you for reaching out, regarding the product sync issue at your store.

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    Furthermore, a picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes. Therefore, could you also share a screenshot of the screen under Marketing > Settings, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

    Hello @sgallery,

    Please try resetting Facebook’s metadata for all products from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    In my WooCommerce > Status > Tools there is nothing like Facebook’s metadata or any other thing from facebook.

    Okay I used the reset and delete all products tool from WooCommerce > Status > but there is still one variable product which is still showing in my Facebook product catalog which I can’t delete from Facebook as the delete button is disabled and even I already deleted the product from my WooCommerce store and snyc again but it still there in facebook.

    Secondly the syncing issue is fixed and my products from WooCommerce are synced to Facebook but now only the Translated products are synced but not the default language products. (I’m using WPML language translation plugin and my products are duplicated for translation, the default language is English)

    I did some digging and seems like there’s a setting in WPML to sync only certain languages. You can check the following discussion for more context: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/facebook-for-woocommerce-wpml-compatibility-issues/

    I performed the hard delete but things are the same and also the WPML settings are set to English only.

    I tried again deleting and restring the products but still it is only syncing Arabic version of products and all products goes to ARCHIVED tab

    Seems like we’ll need to take a closer look. Could you please open a ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support?
