Products showing “deleting file, please wait ” in mini cart

Please bear with me, this is a little long winded.
I recently migrated my whole website to a new vpn, with a new database. Since doing this I have had the following issues with woocommerce.
- I keep getting this error when accessing the woocommerce – home tab: mysqli_real_connect( $this->dbh, $host, $this->dbuser, $this->dbpassword, null, $port, $socket, $client_flags );
- Woocommerce – home screen brings up an error ‘Cannot load mailbox’ regularly.
- The button ‘regenerate product attributes lookup table’ is greyed out saying “filling in progress (0)” **IMAGE ATTACHED BELOW
- In the mini cart on my header, products that are added say “deleting file, please wait”
- I am also unable to make a backup of the database using duplicator plugin. I get a critical error in woocommerce – status – logs: \/

This site needs to go live asap and I fear there are some critical database issues, if anyone can shed some light I would be most appreciative.
