    Last week I started to get errors saying that there was some issue with FB for WooCommerce and they were looking for a more secure solution. I had not attempted to sync any of my products at that stage but then I tried to set it up and only 1 product synced (out of 15).
    Today I did the FB for WooCommerce update as well as a WooCommerce update. All of 14 products that had not previously synced switched to “FB Sync Disabled”. I cannot see any options on the product page to enable these products for FB Sync.
    I have created another 4 products tonight and they show as “FB Sync Enabled” and have appeared on my facebook page.
    I have deactviated and deleted the plugin and re-installed and it still shows those other 14 products as disabled.
    Can anyone assist please?

    When you go to your Facebook Catalog, are you seeing all the products there? Additionally, are any of these missing products virtual products?

    No – when I go to my FB Business Settings page it says:
    “Import your products to Facebook
    There are 19 products in your inventory. Fetch.” I do that and only 5 upload (the 5 that show in the product list on woocommerce as “FB Sync Enabled”).
    If I go to my shop tab on my facebook page, I can also see just those 5. The other 14 do not appear.

    Also – no, no virtual products. All 19 are physical products – 15 have variation options to them, the other 4 are just standard.

    So these other 14 products, do they not show up as FB Sync Enabled in your product list on your WooCommerce site?

    That is correct – the other 14 products show as FB Sync DISABLED.
    Up until approx 10 days ago, all products were showing as enabled, then there was a pop up when I logged into my site that said something along the lines of “facebook sync not available” and something about them trying to find a more “secure connection”.

    There is no option that I can see anywhere to switch those 14 products back to enabled.

    We’re definitely working on making the plugin easier to use as well as more reliable.

    Have you tried using the Include in Facebook sync bulk action? That might do the trick here.

    Would you please give that a try and let me know if that helped out at all?

    Hi @sandh2020 & @skyverge I have exactly the same problem, how did you manage to resolve it?

    Also I have noticed it pulls through all my variable products, but not the ones without variables.

    Is everything synchronizing to the Facebook Catalog or just the variable products and nothing else?

    Also, can I get you to let me know which version of our plugin you’re using? The version numbers for WooCommerce and WordPress would also be useful here.

    I am still experiencing this and it has not yet been resolved.
    All of my products have variations to them so I’m not sure why only some sync and others don’t.

    It is super frustrating to be honest! Hope it gets resolved for you.
