    hello, I have my woocommerce hooked up with facebook with the woocommerce facebook plugin 3.0.17. My products did sync but I have a problem that many other have had. The quailty available shows out of stock. I have no Idea how to fix this. below is my systems report.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that after syncing products to your Facebook shop, it is displayed as out-of-stock, correct?

    This is quite odd that the stock quantity of your products were not synced to Facebook.

    As a first step, please run a manual sync again by going to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync. You can also follow this support documentation about Sync Products to Facebook

    If this did not resolve the issue, try to run the debug tools one by one.

    If still the issue persists, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I did everything you told me too. it still show no stock in my facebook shop

    Can you please check the edit product section, see if the product has a positive quantity,

    Can you please check if switching your theme temporarily to Storefront, and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce make a difference? Please do it, and then you can switch back the theme to the original one, and the rest of the plugins one by one and checking again after each reactivation until you find the cause of the issue. More info in this documentation.

    I have done everything you suggested. I have three images I will upload to show you. i have activated the store front and right now I only have the facebook to woocommerce and woocommerce plugins.

    I removed the connection and reconnected. I deleted all the items and readded them. i did everything I could think of..

    Please this is the hot time of the year for my little business and i got a lot of buiness last year.. anyway

    what is next.

    even when i added the inventory account to the variations it still shows out of stock. I don’t know if I mention that. most all my items have a size variation. thank you for your help.

    I believe you’re experiencing this bug: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/1701

    Generally speaking, to sync variation products, all variations need to have terms meaning no variation should be left to any variation as demonstrated here. Also, all variations need to have their own inventory at the variation level with “Manage Stock” enabled.

    If you’ve done these changes recently, I suggest you manually delete all products and sync everything again.

    Also, some users reported success from this workaround in the GitHub report above so I guess to give it a try.

    Last year I got my facebook account hacked, and I had to go through my state attorney general’s office to get it back, and I got it back sometime in sept. and I have been trying to get this facebook app of yours hooked up to facebook since that time. Now after all that time it is hooked up.. but the it still shows out of stock. I have done everything you told me to do at no avail.. so what a waste of time.. I see on the plugin page a lot of people are having the same problem so I just have no idea what to do…. i am going to try to install the pixel manually hoping that works.

    I think i figured out why this is not working for out of stock so how to change inventory to quanity_to_sell_on_facebook. or mapp the inventory to that one.

    here is info from facebook NOTE:?The?quantity_to_sell_on_facebook?field is replacing the?inventory?field, which is being deprecated. should only be used if you use onsite checkout. While we will support the old field name for the near term, we recommend that you use the new name. See?Supported Fields for Products – Advantage+ Catalog Ads & Commerce?for more about this update.

     I am so sorry for all the trouble I gave you… I did not read everything through.. of course, there is no need to show the quantities available until the plugin allows it…  and I hope you do this in the near future.  The reason I like it is that it is easier and great for sales.  If the customers do not have to go to another site to pay they would be more inclined to buy.  but I am truly thank full for this plugin.  Most of my frustration was because my Facebook account was hijacked (hacked) so they could use my ad account to send out ads for those fake websites.  and believe me, it was a real mess.  It’s been almost a year since to get things working. so again.. reading the directions all the way really helps.
