Woocommerce store. I have products (not variable) that show qty one, in stock. Customers add them to cart and go to check out, and it will say Sorry we don’t have enough, blah blah. If I put qty 2 in stock it works fine, for one, then back to the same. How can I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

this sounds like it is a hold inventory issue which can be resolved in settings. however you need to read this documentation carefully here and test it in staging. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/ look for the section Inventory Options. You may want to test in a staging too.

It only does it on some products. Not all. When I duplicate the product and save it and delete the original, there is no issue. I have checked all my settings. Been running this same site on WordPress/woocomerce for 7 years.

    Hey @barbedhook,

It only does it on some products. Not all. When I duplicate the product and save it and delete the original, there is no issue.

If these products were imported, it could be related to that. I’d suggest modifying the product page (it doesn’t matter what part) and re-saving to see if that updates the product and allows you to add it to the cart.
