Products playing hide-and-seek

    I’ve had a bunch of products vanish from my store.
    Some of them have gone completely, and some have been changed to be hidden. I have double checked Setting / Products / Inventory to make sure it’s not set to automatically delete out of stock items. I manually went through my products to make them all visible in catalog/search.
    I use Prosociate to import items and have checked the settings there to make sure they’re not being deleted/hidden at that end too.
    I’m very confused and would love it if someone would tell me how to find the problem and how to fix it. I did save the system report from woo, and I have a couple of screenshots to illustrate what I said, but I’m not sure how to share them here.

    Hi Im having the same issue how were you able to solve it?

    Not really.

    I uninstalled Prosociate and installed Wzone instead and the problem went away, but I don’t really call that a fix even though I’m not having the issue any more.

    I gave up on trying to figure it out when I was told, not by woocommerce, that it was happening because of a settings I’d selected, even after I’d said that I’d checked all that.

    I hope you can figure it out! ??
