Products per page not working

  • Hi,

    We have an issue with the plugin and the Products per page setting for a certain category… We have set it to show 8 products.

    There are 15 products (in stock. When the initial page loads it shows just 7 products, then loads the remaining 8. We would expect it to show the first 8, then load the last 7.

    Can you shed any light on why this may be?

    I believe we resolved this by disabling all plugins then re-enabling them. This then corrected the loading issues we faced with a specific category page.

    Thanks! I disabled all plugins and renebled, but the issue is not being resolved then..

    Hello @whichtransfers,

    Is your homepage configured as Shop in the WooCommerce?

    I don’t see our plugin loaded on your homepage. First of all please open plugin settings page, tab Selectors and set:
    Products Container Selector – ul.products
    Product Item Selector – div.item
    Pagination Selector – .blog-pagination
    Next Page Selector – .w-col:first a
    Previous Page Selector – .w-col:last a

    Save and reload shop page. Now it should work.
