• For some reason, the Products Per Page feature is displaying, but the # of products on each page doesn’t change when you select a different option. It refreshes the page, and the # inside the <select> changes, but the # of products on the page remains the same.

    Also, if I set the default to show 25 per page on the backend, and I select 100 products per page as a user on the website, when I navigate to another shop page, 100 products per page is still selected. I don’t know if this will more-or-less fix itself if I get the first issue taken care of.

    Theme: Divi (version 3.0.100)
    WooCommerce version 3.3.1

    Thanks in advance for the help!

  • Hi @sknicholsdev,

    Sorry for a late answer, we tested the Products Per Page feature on our side and everything works fine, do you still have the issue? If yes, I recommend you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so we could login and check what’s going on.

    You can send the details to our support email: [email protected]

    If you are using Storefront theme, that might be the problem. Last week before I installed Booster, I found that in the Storefront theme after I tried a different products per page, it would not change from that when I reset to my original products per page.

    In the end I went back to my old theme.

    @kennythemap, I’m using Divi.

    @haitashe, I am emailing FTP details to you. Thanks!
