    Hi,
    In my page “Products”, even if I select “order by name (A to Z)” or “Order by price (low to high)” or anything else, ordering of products doesnt work correctly.
    I would like to join a screen copy to show you, but its impossible.
    You can try by yourself on my page.

    Hope all is well!

    I’ve tested the plugin on my end and could not replicate the issue. On your site, please re-check if all the letters are in same certain language, if in product titles multiple characters used, like from French or English language, the plugin will first order titles from one language and then the second one.

    Hello,

    Actual order by name (A to Z) gives following :
    – cotisation 2019 couple
    – cotisation 2019 membre seul
    – pin’s Alps Spirit Chapter
    – patch Alps Spirit Chapter
    – exemple de repas
    “Exemple de repas” should be in 3rd position, “patch” in 4th ans “pin’s” in 5th, in english or french.
    The plugin analyzes the order of letters. Alphabet order is the same in english or french.

    Actual order by price (low to high) gives following order :
    – cotisation 2019 couple 70 €
    – cotisation 2019 membre seul 45 €
    – pin’s 9 €
    – patch 5 €
    – exemple de repas 25 € !
    I verified again my translations in Loco translate : its ok. Its like if it was inverted (but problem with “exemple de repas”).

    Order by price (high to low) gives exactly reverse order.
    I use Marketpress 3.2.8.

    Hope you’re doing well!

    Looks like all the issues are coming from “Exemple de repas” product. Would you please recreate this product from scratch and remove the old one?

    If this issue is not resolved, please export all products from Tools > Export, upload the .xml file to Google Drive or DropBox so we could have a closer look.

    A similar topic (unresolved) has been posted one year and 3 months ago.

    If you’re referring to this thread, this bug was fixed in MarketPress version 3.2.5. I could not reproduce this issue on my end.

    Hello Nastia,

    I removed the old one and recreate a new one. Issue is not resolved (or sorting by name or price). I made an export file for products. How can I send it to you (by private mail) ?
