Hey,

I am encountering the following problem:
Frequently all products on the shop page disappear, you only see the button where the products order can be filtered.
I testes this quite often and came to the point, that it happens when logging into WordPress with the admin user. I dod not even do one click, just logging in and the products are gone again.
When I change any settings in WooCommerce (e.g. switching prices between incl. and excl. VAT) the products appear again.
We do not have any caching plugins and no server-side caching is in use. In addition to that we do not use a security plugin. Even more, the installation is quite fresh.

Do you have any ideas on that?

I have one more thing to add: It does not bring the shop page back to life when changing product-related information. For instance, changing the name of a product does not help. To “re-activate” the shop page, some settings need to be changed in the WooCommerce settings.

As a first step, let’s see if there are any errors on the WooCommerce Logs. Please follow the steps below:

Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Look for a log from the drop-down labeled fatal-errors.log
Click View
Copy and paste it here if you find any logs

When looking at the date it shows that these error have been thrown quite a long time ago…

One more note: I have just logged in and the products page did not disappear. So it does not happen all the time after a login, just sometimes (however, quite frequently).
