Products Numbers are different than actual!

The number of products to export are different than the ones in my website.

Do you have variable products with variations? If so, then that could explain it – each variation is technically a product and will be listed in the product count in WP All Export, but they won’t be listed in the product totals in WooCommerce.

If you continue with the export and choose to only export parent products: https://d.pr/i/VukobT, does the count then look correct?

Yes there are, actually 90% of them are variables.

Am facing another major issue!!!!

I will try to be clear as much as i can!

So, i exported my products from my old website, and i downloaded them as a bundle. Then in my new website, i duplicated everything even the version of the plugins and wordpress .. etc.
When i import the products, all products import as simple products. I tried 30 – 40 times to edit some settings, but either i get all simple, or get each variation as a separate product or even get them as simple products without a price. This is been a headache for me. Can you please help!

Make sure you’re using the latest version of our WooCommerce Add-On. If you already are, then replicate the issue on a debug site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ so we can check the import settings.
