    PRODUCTS NOT VISIBLE IN THE FACEBOOK SHOP

    I used the plugin to create the catalog. In WordPress, the products are all reported as visible on Facebook.
    The error “People currently can’t see this product because you didn’t select it for sale on Facebook” appears on Facebook and I’m having problems with the shop window.

  • I had the same problem and I forced a re-sync. Now the products are marked as not visible on Instagram Shop. I spent hours with Facebook Chat Support for them to explain is a Plugin Issue.

    First, could you please confirm the following for me?

    • Are all the products that aren’t appearing in the Shop shown in your Facebook Catalog? That will help me determine if there are any syncing problems at play.
    • Are any of the affected products Virtual products in WooCommerce? Facebook’s Commerce Policy does not permit selling Virtual products, so that could explain why some products are missing from the Shop.
    • Is the price field set in WooCommerce for all of these products? Facebook doesn’t permit syncing products without a set price.

    thanks for you reply. Here are my answers:

    Yes, they are all good on my Facebook Catalog and Facebook Shop. The only place is not showing is on my Instagram Shop (Facebook Support said that is definitely an issue with the plugin)

    No, we have no Virtual products in our Woocommerce at the moment.

    – Is the price field set in WooCommerce for all of these products? Facebook doesn’t permit syncing products without a set price.

    Yes, all the prices are set correctly and showing on Both Catalogue and Facebook Shop.

    It sounds like this is probably not the same issue as what the original poster @eumene shared, since they mentioned visibility issues in the Facebook Shop and you’re experiencing issues with Instagram.

    thank you!

    – no products are displayed in the Shop. The Product Catalog is ok.

    – no, only real products

    It sounds like the catalog may not be connected to the Facebook Page shop yet – could you please follow these steps to link your catalog to your shop? This also includes instructions for disconnecting an existing catalog, just in case you’ve already got one connected.

    In Catalog Management, the catalog is correctly linked to the Shop.

    Thanks for checking that for me!

    In that case, could you please go to the Facebook catalog and check the products there – what is their “visibility” set to?

    Are these simple products in WooCommerce, or are they a special product type or variable products?

    Hi @skyverge ,

    In Facebook Shop there are 38 out of 2800 products that have problems.
    The products are all simple, no variables.
    Products that are marked as available for the shop (see screenshot) are not visible.
