    *I have already updated my WordPress and all plugins and cleared my site cache.

    I am using the Woocommerce CSV importer to update products. I’m using the same sheets that worked in the past. I check the box to only update existing products and get a message that 181 products were updated. However, none of them actually were.

    This is the sheet I’m downloading as a CSV.

    • Do you mind telling us what you updated on the file?
    • Just to confirm, had you updated all 181 products on the file, or just some of them?
    • Have you tested with just one product to see if it works?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
