Great, thanks for those screenshots! Those show the information that we would expect has been assigned to the System User, which is good news!

Would you please enable Debug Mode in your settings on your website (at WooCommerce > Facebook) and then try to start a manual sync?

You can then find the log of the sync here:

WooCommerce > Status > Logs

And the filename will have facebook in the title and the day’s date.

You can then send it to me and that should have some interesting data for us to help figure out what’s going on here.

Please note: The log file can contain some information about your site that you might not want shared in a public forum. If this is the case for you, you can send the logs to me via a QuickForget link, or you can reach out directly to us using our contact form and we will help you out there. ??

Hey @horts

Thank you for providing the log files along. One of them shows the following error:

CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 18848976 bytes)

This message typically means that the amount of memory assigned to the server PHP process, or WordPress memory, is not enough for the operation it’s attempting to perform.

I would suggest to either increase the amount of memory available to PHP, WordPress, and the server if at all possible. It seems from the error that the memory is set to 128MB currently, it should be set to 256MB or 512MB if possible.

Can you please see if your host can increase the memory limit here and see if this helps out with the issue?

I have made the changes, there is no fatal error but the products still do not sync.

I have also recently noticed that when Facebook for WooCommerce is enabled I cannot edit products – it just takes me to a blank page.

Any progress?
