Hi @javay4395,

The log you shared points specifically to a connection issue.

Please go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Settings, at the bottom of the page click Disconnect from all accounts.

After that, set up the extension again and connect to your existing merchant center account. That should resolve the issue you’re seeing.

I disconnected and reconnected big mistake seems to have broken all my free listing.

I am able to see 91 listing but 4 are approved and 86 are disapproved. I had to wait 7 days to get them approved the last time.

Another issue:
all listings are not erroring in Merchant center. Is there a way to set the shipping weight( lbs ) in wordpress so that merchant center is not erroring out? I need to select lbs,oz,etc as well as availability(in-stock) in merchant center.

Hi @javay4395,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Sorry to hear you still have disapproved products – normally disconnecting and reconnecting won’t cause this if you haven’t updated the products but any issues requiring your attention will be listed on your Google Listings & Ads Product Feed and will include all the necessary details, including the affected products and suggested actions.

You can edit products individually, or make edits in bulk through Products > Bulk actions > Edit. Your product feed will then should be synced automatically within 1–2 days.

It seems that you want to set [shipping_weight] (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324503) and Availability (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324448) as product attributes, correct? I can see in the product data that these values are not available by default but there’s already a pull request in Github to add extra product attributes – https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/pull/428.

If the problem with disapproved products persists, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.

You may need to log into your WooCommerce.com account before you can access that page.

thank you for your apply. I am in the process of working with google once again because no changes were made for my products to be disapproved. Matter of fact it states I am not eligible for free listing right after I disconnected and reconnected which caused all my products to be disapproved. I had to go through the same thing prior to disconnecting so I know it was that action that caused me to get my edibility revoked of free listing. So now I have to wait yet another week to get approved again before I can do anything regarding the underlining product disapproval. So yes disconnecting and reconnecting caused the issue.
