Hello,

I created a sandbox account and app on square and I am trying to sync products to Square but its not happening. I followed this guide here https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/sync-settings/ and here are the settings, I used in Square Settings in WooCommerce.

Enable to set the plugin in sandbox mode = checked
Sandbox Application ID = App ID from Sandbox
Sandbox Access Token = Access Token from Sandbox
Business location = Default Test Account
Sync settings = WooCommerce
Sync Inventory = (Checked) Enable to push inventory changes to Square
Enable Logging = Checked
Store is connected to Square as I can see ‘Disconnect from Square’ Button.

There are a few reasons as to why this is happening:

Are SKUs set for your Square and WooCommerce products??This is how the plugin will match products between these systems.
Is the Square product assigned to the Location that’s configured in the?plugin settings??This plugin only supports one Square?Location, so if some products aren’t syncing as expected, double-check to ensure they are in the same Square Location as defined in the plugin settings.
Does your site support background processing??Background processing is required to successfully sync product data between Square and WooCommerce. Square and many other WooCommerce features/plugins require background processing. If your site fails, please contact your host to enable background processing/loopback connections. While some hosts may identify this as a security issue, there’s no security threat to using a loopback connection and, if done correctly, it won’t increase server usage. Quality hosts will mitigate increased server usage with rate limiting.

Yes Product SKUs are already added to products.
I have one location in my sandbox account and WooCommcerce settings.
Background processing is also on. I know this because sometimes products are synced properly and some times they don’t work. Plus I am on WP Engine and I am sure that there will be no blockage at their end.

There are no fatal errors in woocommerce logs. However I have an entry for Square logs and I shared it with you above in previous post.

Hey, @sajiddesigner! Thank you for the information!

Can you please ?use the?Clear Square Sync?option under WooCommerce > Status > Tools, then disconnect and connect Square again and start the import again to see if it works?
