Products not syncing

First, please ensure the following steps are completed:

1. Conflict Test: Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square. Then try syncing again to see if the issue persists.

If the issue still persists, please share the following details:

I tried with default theme already (2025 theme).

I have double checked the synced setting.

Thank you for your reply.

Could you share a screenshot of the General Settings page?
This will help me review the settings and make sure everything is correct.

Additionally, checkmark the “Enable Logging” option.
You can find it at the bottom General Settings page.

After enabling the debug, try to sync the products again.
Then check for logs at WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.
If you find any logs with the keyword “Square”, share them with me.

I understand you’re experiencing some issues with syncing products from Square to WooCommerce.

First, could you confirm if SKUs are set for your products in both Square and WooCommerce? The plugin relies on SKUs to match products between the two systems. Additionally, please double-check that the Square Location in your plugin settings matches the one configured in your Square account.

It’s also important to ensure the opcache.save_comments setting is enabled on your server. This is required for the plugin and product sync to function correctly.

Could you also let us know the types of products you’re having trouble syncing? For example, are they simple products, variable products, or both?

I think the issue is solved! I tried disconnecting and connecting the Square account, and now it looks like syncing is working.
