    Hello,

    My products are not syncing any more. Every time I update or make changes to a product, I get the same error message. It also happens when trying to exclude products from sync:

    I get no further information, and there are no fatal errors in the Woocommerce log.

    When clicking “Manage connection” in the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin, I get to the “Connected Apps” page in Meta Business Suite. It shows that the Woocommerce integration is connected, but is also shows my catalog 3 times:

    I have no idea if this is related, but it seems wrong. I do only have one catalog and one pixel.

    I also found this on Meta:

    “Ukendt fejl” translates to “Unknown error”. 89 products affected is my entire catalog.

    In Facebook I get this when I try to to a full sync from Woocommerce. The danish parts just say “Unknown Error” and “Something went wrong”. 89 products are all my products in Woocommerce that should be synced
