    Hello, the plugin for some reason is not synching the products.
    Ive tried to press sync manually many times, have disconnected my catalog and logged in back without no luck.
    In woocommerce logs there are several error logs from the plugin.
    All of them says the same:

    02-11-2021 @ 16:24:06 – Retrieving page access token
    02-11-2021 @ 16:24:06 – Retrieving page access token
    02-11-2021 @ 16:24:06 – Array
    (
    [data] => Array
    (
    )

    )

    02-11-2021 @ 16:24:06 – Array
    (
    [data] => Array
    (
    )

    )

    All the plugins and WordPress, woocommerce etc are in the latest versions.
    How can I solve this?
    Thanks

  • Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you try a conflict test please? It looks like a different Plugin (or plugins) may be interfering with Facebook for WooCommerce.

    We’ve got a guide on conflict testing here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Well, im quite sure its not a plugin conflict.
    Now i can see many users are opening complaining about same issue on here. Product synching is not working and products are just not synchronized with facebook catalog. Ive done all things possible to make it work, it doesn’t.

    Hi @txtcoke,

    Nice to meet you here :). We are seeing reports about a sync problem, but we are not able to find a common cause. Some troubleshooting steps work for some users and not for others which means this behavior depends on sites and how they are structured from plugins to products setup.

    Give the following steps a try again:

    1. Check from the product page and see if the products are set as Sync and show in catalog.
    2. Make sure products are not virtual products
    3. Next try to manually trigger a sync via Marketing > Facebook > Product sync

    After the manual sync, give the Catalog About 10-15mins to updates and check if the products are still not synced.

    If that did not help, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    You can include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Hello, the problem is still there, its not solved.
    feed is generated, the problem lies in the connection between woocommerce and facebook fetching the catalog.
    Woocommerce is not sending the feed to be updated, so no products are updated to the catalog.
    I can do it manually downloading the csv from uploads facebook for woocommerce and then manually upload it on catalog.
    There is a sync issue between the platforms. The feed is being generated well.

    Hi @txtcoke

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    no problem, but is there a way to be a private answer? system report tells much about a website

    Hi @txtcoke

    Every WooCommerce.com account uses a WordPress.com account to log in, which is not the same log in used for your site using WordPress.

    You may have to create a new WordPress.com account using the link here.

    Once logged in, buy the free Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and then submit a ticket on the create a ticket page thereafter.

    Hello @johndcoy thanks.
    Well i didnt mean I tried to login with my site WordPress login, i meant my WordPress forum login, the account which I’m replying to you here.
    I thought I could login with the support forum WordPress account there too as there is a button to login with your WordPress account.
    Do i need to create a new WordPress account there, specific for woocommerce website?
    Thanks

    Hi @txtcoke

    Well i didnt mean I tried to login with my site WordPress login, i meant my WordPress forum login, the account which I’m replying to you here.

    I understand. But it’s not possible at the moment, so please kindly create a new account for WordPress.com account through the link we’ve provided before and then proceed with the next steps as explained previously.

    That way, you can submit your site SSR privately through our ticketing system here: WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support

    And please include the forum link when opening the ticket. We’ll help you further there.
