Products not synced with Square location

    Greetings,
    I am building a WordPress site built on Divi using Woocommerce for a company using Square. I have plugins Woocommerce and WooCommerce Square installed, and am pulling/syncing inventory from the location “HQ”. Using product X5 as an example, it has 0 in stock and available to sell at HQ, but 10 in stock and available to sell at location “Downtown”. When the products sync, Woocommerce is showing as in stock even though the location HQ has 0 in stock and available to sell. It should list as out of stock since syncing with the HQ location, correct?

    Please advise on how to resolve. Thank you.

    Hi @cccnate

    The WooCommerce Square plugin is designed to sync inventory from the specified location in Square to your WooCommerce store. If you have set it to sync from the “HQ” location, then it should indeed show the product as out of stock if there are 0 items available at that location.

    Please ensure you’ve correctly selected the “HQ” location in the WooCommerce Square settings to resolve this. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Square and check the “Business Locations” setting. Make sure the “HQ” location is selected for inventory sync.

    If the issue persists even after verifying these settings, please disconnect the Square connection and reconnect.
