Products not sorting properly

The products in this category are sorted in our preferred order on the backend but they’re displaying in a different order on the front end.

I’ve used the WooCommerce “sorting” function as well as numbering the order in the individual product setup pages. The product sorting order in the product catalog section of the customizer is set to “default”. I tried turning off the plugins that could potentially be conflicting, but nothing works.
