Hello,

I’m linking WooCommerce to Square (in case that is relevant) and when I look at the products, there is no price or description unless you click on the details below the image. I’ve done WooCommerce sites before and the price etc is showing on this page. I don’t want a customer to have to click to see the price, but have it showing.
Is there a setting I’m not seeing? I want the products to look like this page

I’ve checked the settings of this page, but I can’t see a difference (the united way page was with PayPal, not Square). I hope I’ve given you the report correctly. Thank you.

Hello there,
I cannot see the product prices even if I visit the product page.

– What is the current price of the products?
– Did you try switching theme to see if it is a theme issue?
– Did you try saving the product again after importing it from Square?

Oh dear, they were there before. The garlic braids, for example, are $30.

I imported it again from Square and it seems to do the same.

Yes, it seems to work in TwentyTwenty, but not with Theme Forest’s Avada theme.

So do I have to talk to them about this?

WooCommerce Square does not declare support for Avada. But maybe Avada does declare support for WooCommerce Square. It is worth a shot.
