  • Hi @mdyousufcse,

I understand your products are not showing on the product category page. I’m happy to help with this!

Could you please edit the product and double-check it’s been added to a category?
Kindly ensure a category is checked as shown in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Dv3G7V

If it’s already added to a category, could you please share the category link here? Also, please create a new simple product and add it to the category and let me know if it shows on the category page.

We await your response to better assist you.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Yeah, of course. I already checked several times in many ways for the last 3 days! Everything is super ok like before when everything was good! Please check out the link, here is a variable product https://sportsclick.ru/product/volejbolnye-myachi-beach-cvet-rossijskogo-flaga/
And you can see here its category https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wb-kdHZoZTgbaaW3tG6eOd40AfOIQR36/view?usp=sharing
If you click here you will redirect to the following category page https://sportsclick.ru/product-category/volejbolnye-myachi/
Now here is another issue! Here you will see two products. but I created those more than two weeks ago! It’s still showing here (Not on the product tabs section on the home page)! But it shouldn’t. because before it was like this as a single product but now I already updated those products as variable products

I forgot to say that, this issue is started when I updated the Woocommerce plugin last week. Before this update everything was ok!

    Thank you for your help

    Hi @mdyousufcse,

    Thanks for the elaboration.

If the issue starting right after updating the WooCommerce plugin, it is likely that it was caused by a plugin/theme conflict.

The best way to determine this is to carry out the conflict test, preferably on a staging/testing site rather than your live site.

The test can be done as follows:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how it goes
