Products not showing on shop page

    I have installed the woocommerce plugin and have created categories/sub categories and products however when I type in the url/shop/ to view the shop it says “no products found matching your description”. When I go to the actual shop page created by woocommerce there is nothing in the text box. Should I be placing shortcode in there? How does the shop page display the store products and categories? I’ve been to settings>>products>>display and checked the settings there. I’ve changed back and forth between all the setting options but nothing shows on my shop page. What am I doing wrong or missing? Thanks for your patience and help.

    Still trying to figure this out. Been through all the documentation I can find online and nowhere does it say to add shortcode to the shop page in order to view my store. I did however find a shortcode documentation page and added [products] which didn’t work and also [product_category] which didn’t work either.

    Using the latest version of plugin and wp. Also using the AccessLite theme which is made for woocommerce.

    Really need some direction with this if someone can figure out what I am missing or not understanding. This is a live site so I am limited to what changes I can make to troubleshoot. I have deactivated all my plugins and reactivated with no issues that I can see.

    If I go to the product page they are there just not showing up in the shop page.

    Wow pretty lousy support here. Guess I’ll go back to using Open Cart for now. Hopefully someone will find this someday and respond to my issues. I have tried everything I can think of to make this work.

    So you never found a solution ?

    I don’t think that using opencart is a good one ??

    I’ve been looking through these forum posts all day and have yet to find one that gives any answers to my problem, namely to get my shop to show up on my WordPress blog. I have been fkn hemorrhaging cash, clients and customers for months now.
