products not showing in feed

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The solution to this is simple. You seem to have enabled the “preview” feature of the plugin. In the preview option the plugin only adds 5 products to your feed so you can quickly check if the data in your feed is what you expected, without having to wait for the complete feed to process.

    So, just disable the preview option and you should be fine (see: https://adtribes.io/create-product-feed-preview/)

    yes that was very useful, unticking the preview checkbox made no dif. i had to recreate the feed and not tick preview to get all the products in there”- perhaps related to corn tho….. perhaps you could change the help text next to that option to say ?f you tick this option, your feed will only show 5 products
