products not showing after purchase

    I am using the WooCommerce plugin. After my members make their purchase they are supposed to be links in their account allowing them access to stream the videos they have purchased. However, the links are not showing. Nothing is showing in their account after their purchase. PLEASE HELP!

    Could you take a screenshot of that or send through a URL to test with? Getting the same thing when switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?
