Products Not Loading on Shop Page

While many of my product categories have products in them, when you click on the category within the product filter on the shop page, nothing happens. The only way to make it work is to click on the category and then refresh the page.

This is urgent because I’m trying to load this onto multiple active sites for clients and they cannot sell properly
